All referees must have up to date clearances.  Clearances are valid for 5 years from the date received.  The following clearances are required:

• PA State Police Criminal Record Check - Click on Submit a New Record Check.  Cost is $22.

• PA Child Abuse History Clearance- Enter the Child Welfare Portal by clicking Create Individual Account (first timers) or Individual Login (renewing clearance).  Cost is $10

• FBI Criminal Background Check- This is needed for all certified referees.  Cost is $27.50.
